The reason that I bought this DVD is because I am interested in learning No Contact Combat. And with this DVD, I was able to understand it better. Another puzzle about No-Contact Combat came into place and I feel more confident now. It is more clear for me in what direction I should focus my training. This is a very unique DVD in my opinion. After watching it the first time and going through exercises, I have noticed right away that something happened to my vision. I started to see everything more clearly, started noticing small details. It was like an awakening of my internal eyesight. I would like to say that this Spetsnaz DVD must be watched over and over again. It is not like you watch it once and put it on a shelf. Every time I am learning something new, a new element, a new small detail that I did not notice before. This is like a video book that you would like to read, again and again, discovering something new in yourself and mastering your combat skills! Highly recommend this Spetsnaz DVD. Very grateful to have it!

This Spetsnaz DVD has 2 parts that work well together. First one is about improving the eyesight within 30 days. It is a complex of simple exercises that will sharpen your eyesight and teach you how to breath properly to keep your inner balance. The second part of this Spetsnaz DVD is about No contact combat. You will learn where to focus your sight during the combat and how to create a psychological trap for your opponent. Incredible concept. For me, it was an eye-opening DVD! Highly, highly recommend!
