It's more like a demo DVD about the style with several fighting techniques for you to get a good understanding how it works and try it for yourself.

Great dvd to get one started with this training series. I watched this with a friend and he decided to get one for myself. Applications are quick and easy to learn and use. I recommend this to all who want to learn hand to hand combat for defensive applications.

The warrior path gives an introduction to systema spetsnaz history, and exercises will prepare your body physically. At the same time it includes basic movements you will use in the techniques later.
You'll learn about stability and balance, strikes, kicks, weapons, disarming techniques, improvised weapons, physical resistance against fire, broken glass, knives, pressure points, action against different threats.
There are also some information about for military and law enforcement courses, and a bit of mental training which is covered in later dvds.
In summary, this dvd is a great choice if you want to know briefly what Systema Spetsnaz is about. It covers a broad spectrum of topics succinctly, giving a good value for the money.
