Great DVD set! The first DVD is about Systema Spetsnaz theory. Very easy concept to understand. Knowing Spetsnaz theory helps a lot! It has primary self-defense mistakes and the main hand to hand combat elements to focus on during a training. It helps to achieve results much faster! The second DVD is like a mini crash course - it has everything - safe falling techniques, release from grabs, elements of powerful strikes etc. Part of self-defense against a dog is mind blowing. No one, except Systema Spetsnaz, is explaining what to do in stressful real life situation, which is crucial for any street self-defense. I am so grateful that I have found Systema Spetsnaz website! At this moment I have only 3 DVDs and planning to purchase full 20 DVD set. This is definitely the best martial art system in the world. Easy and practical. Well done! My respect to you!!

Russians are crazy!! And that's why I like the Spetsnaz style. I wish I were at this seminar!! Ground exercises for safe falling are vital for combat mastery and for the health! I like how they name techniques: a 'book' technique, 'bear paw' strike, easy to remember and easy to understand!

Great Russian Spetsnaz 2 DVD set: theory + practice! The first DVD is about Systema Spetsnaz combat style, the difference between Russian Spetsnaz and other martial arts, plus fundamental principles of Russian hand to hand combat. The second DVD is a great combination of vital fighting techniques: safe falls, training with weapons, combat with multiple opponents, impressive striking techniques, grabs, chokes and holds releases and amazing footage of self-defense against a dog attack! And of course, I absolutely love the atmosphere of the training… the sense of humor brings a lot of fun to the learning process!
